Application Administrator
We’re seeking a skilled Application Administrator to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting a variety of business-critical applications in both on-premises and cloud environments. You’ll play a hands-on role in troubleshooting, system administration, and process improvement — keeping systems secure, efficient, and running smoothly across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, system and network administrators, and security teams to design and implement technical solutions

Manage and maintain Ivanti Neurons for asset management and ticketing

Provide Office 365 administration and support for end users across multiple locations

Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL databases

Create and test operational procedures with clear documentation

Support and maintain DNS, DHCP, and core server infrastructure

Perform regular audits: user accounts, system files, logs, services, and network ports

Implement and uphold IT security policies and compliance standards

Write and manage PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks

Periodically support after-hours updates, patches, migrations, and maintenance
Essential Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience administering Nutanix and Windows Server 2012–2019
-
2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Office 365 in an enterprise setting

3+ years of Ivanti Neurons experience

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field

Experience working with hybrid environments (on-prem and Azure Active Directory)

Familiarity with Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot

Experience managing core Windows Server roles (IIS, DNS, File & Print Services)

Exposure to Microsoft Teams Calling and cloud data storage solutions

Understanding of legacy Windows systems and their administration

Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell
