We’re Hiring: AVP IT Solutions Delivery
Are you an experienced IT leader with a strong background in P&C insurance? Our client is seeking a strategic and collaborative AVP of IT Solutions Delivery to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise systems that power our core insurance operations.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the AVP will oversee the delivery of enterprise applications, drive modernization efforts, and shape technology strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise solutions delivery, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with business needs
- Drive modernization initiatives leveraging modern technologies and architectures
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define roadmaps and prioritize solutions
- Oversee complex programs and projects, balancing resources and timelines
- Promote operational excellence and process improvement
- Mentor and develop IT talent, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
- Manage budgets and investments effectively
- Champion organizational change and technology transformation
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in P&C insurance
- Proven success in modernization initiatives and delivering business outcomes
- Strong technical acumen across systems such as Guidewire, DuckCreek, Salesforce, Workday, .NET, Azure
- Experience leading teams and influencing at the executive level
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $165,000 – $240,000
- Plus 15-20% bonus, 15% ESOP, and 3% 401(k) match

Interview Process:
A four-step process starting with candidate reviews in November/December.
