Client Service Specialist

P3+Uplift is assisting a client with immediate needs within their Member Support and Client Service departments. This is a full-time contract position where you will be paid weekly. Our client has multiple work locations and offers flexible hours within the work week. Ideal candidates will have a helpful, polite, service oriented demeanor and will enjoy working closely with team members, trainers, team leads and supervisors. We are seeking people who are reliable and enjoy helping others by answering customer and client questions.

Interviews will start within 2 days of initial talent screen with a P3+Uplift Recruiter.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist dozens of customers and clients via the phone each day
  • Perform data entry and documentation for dozens of clients and customers daily
  • Provide resolutions to customers and clients looking for assistance
  • Complete ongoing training on clients products and services
  • Adjust to new and efficient process and relaying that to customers and clients

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from High School or GED required
  • 2+ years of professional work experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and complete a daily task list and work load
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minutes
  • Experience with data entry or documentation while servicing customers and member

Compensation and Benefits:
