• Develop reusable tooling, onboarding capabilities, runbooks, and operational frameworks for engineering teams
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and blameless postmortems
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience leading engineering, platform, cloud, DevOps, or observability-focused teams
• Strong understanding of observability tooling such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, New Relic, or similar platforms
• Experience implementing SLO/SLI frameworks, telemetry standards, and operational reliability practices
• Strong cloud engineering background with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native architectures
• Ability to communicate effectively across leadership, engineering, and business teams
• Someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys mentoring and developing teams
