What You’ll Be Doing:
• Design, develop, and rapidly prototype innovative applications and proof-of-concept solutions
• Build scalable APIs, services, and full-stack applications using Node.js and TypeScript
• Develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows
• Partner with product, architecture, design, security, and business teams to turn ideas into tangible solutions
• Lead technical experimentation and incubation initiatives focused on emerging technologies and future-state capabilities
• Build cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and/or Azure technologies
• Help establish lightweight engineering standards, patterns, and best practices for rapid delivery environments
• Present demos, prototypes, and technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong hands-on development experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience building modern APIs, backend services, and cloud-native applications
• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies, prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration frameworks, or AI tooling
• Cloud engineering experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where experimentation and iteration are encouraged
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys problem solving, innovation, and staying ahead of emerging technology trends
