Senior QA Automation Engineer
Location: Fort Collins, CO
We’re partnering with a growing, technology-driven organization that is investing heavily in modern engineering practices and automation. They are looking to bring on a Senior QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about building quality into products from the ground up and influencing how teams think about testing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to deliver high-quality software while driving automation strategy across multiple applications.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own and evolve test automation frameworks that support continuous integration and delivery

Design and execute automated and manual test cases across web, mobile, and API layers

Partner with engineers to improve code quality, test coverage, and overall product reliability

Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and help shape acceptance criteria and test strategies

Identify defects, lead triage discussions, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently

Support performance and scalability testing efforts as needed

Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience

Mentor junior QA team members and help elevate testing standards across the organization
What We’re Looking For
-
7+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation

Hands-on experience with tools like Cucumber (BDD), WebDriverIO, and Appium
-
Strong scripting experience with JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar
-
Solid understanding of QA best practices and how to integrate testing throughout the SDLC

Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, or similar
-
Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud
Nice to Have

Experience with performance or load testing tools like JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner

Background in mobile testing or omni-channel/digital platforms

Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile teams
