Senior Data & Cloud Engineer
Enterprise Financial Transformation Program

Duration: 12-Month Contract with Extension Potential
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Cloud Engineer to support a large-scale financial transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in delivering key milestones for a high-visibility program operating under tight timelines.
This position supports a major corporate finance modernization effort, replacing legacy financial systems with a new architecture built on the Oracle Fusion Cloud product suite. The program spans 20 workstreams, including five dedicated technology tracks, and involves collaboration across internal teams and delivery partners in both US and offshore locations.
What You’ll Do
You will work alongside engineering, finance, and delivery partner teams to execute technical deliverables across a broad and evolving technology landscape.
Key responsibilities include:

Developing solutions using Python and AWS

Supporting data ingestion and transformation pipelines

Managing data movement and processing within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Building integrations across multiple financial systems

Developing enterprise reporting solutions using Oracle BI Publisher

Contributing to research, analysis, documentation, and iterative refinement efforts

Supporting broader Oracle ecosystem initiatives including ERP, EPM, EDM, and FDI
This is a new-build ecosystem with iterative refinement, so adaptability and initiative are essential.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of engineering experience

Strong background in integration, data transformation, and data management

Experience working across complex enterprise systems

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and plug into evolving technical needs

Experience supporting financial systems
