Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can step in as a technical leader or subject matter expert, help shape the solution, and set a high bar for quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll be part of a team building a modern digital platform that supports regulatory and compliance workflows across county, state, and federal requirements. The goal is simple but impactful: ensure the right information is submitted accurately and on time—while reducing organizational risk and improving system performance.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- TypeScript
- GraphQL
- AWS Lambda / serverless architectures
- Proven ability to act as a Tech Lead or SME, guiding design decisions and mentoring others
- A mindset focused on code quality, system performance, and big-picture thinking
- Comfortable working in an environment with high expectations and evolving requirements
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, or data-driven products
- Background in retail or agriculture-related domains
- Architecture or solution design experience
- Ability to work onsite or be present in the (Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont), CO area (strong preference)
