Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for providing top quality service? Do you enjoy working within a fast-paced department where teamwork is key? If so, our client are seeking a dynamic Service Advisor to join the team, and this could be the role for you!
As the face of the service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing service enquiries, scheduling appointments, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming service enquiries, including both telephone and in-person.
- Accurately assess customer needs and provide clear explanations of required work.
- Effectively schedule appointments.
- Oversee customer vehicle handover, ensuring full understanding of completed work.
- Address customer complaints and liaise with management as needed.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all franchise ranges.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and system entries.
Candidate specification:
- Previous customer service/service advisor experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to build strong rapport
- Effective data analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Great negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Align with brand values and have strong commercial awareness
The working hours for this role is Monday – Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm.
